I brought my Dyson vacuum to Chicky and Chippi because it wasn’t suctioning properly, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! They looked at it right away and had it fixed within just a couple of days — all for a very reasonable price (around $40). Everyone there was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional, making the whole experience completely stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future repairs. Highly recommend!

I clean homes for a living and have 5 different vacuums I would love to have serviced and cleaned on occasion. Male answering the phone was very degrading and rude. "If you just need it UNCLOGGED..." well, I'm not an idiot and I can look in hoses 🤣 I'm needing someone with the time to take them apart and clean them inside and out rather than me at midnight. They also won't service my expensive Eureka that is 'discontinued' even though you can buy them all day long. Very disappointed. Perhaps focus on one niche rather than throwing multiple unrelated business' together and educate yourself to better serve your community.

Fantastic selection of QUALITY bicycles, scooters, and vacuums. I've been coming here for about 25 years and the owners really care about their customers. They take the time to educate and help so you have the very best experience using and maintaining your purchase. The stuff they sell is not the junk like the big box disposable vacuums that last a year. (I've made that mistake too many times) These are made to last and if they ever have an issue they can definitely help you out. If you are ready to buy a bicycle that's sized properly, comfortable, and long lasting, this is the place to go!
