Charlie's Transmission

I have had a repeat issue with my clutch pedal, and I took it to Charlie’s so they could see what is wrong with it. I worked with Edgar, and from our first conversation, I felt so comfortable with him, and he made this whole process so easy. He explained everything I needed to know, and he is so kind and courteous. Having my car out of commission is stressful, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was able to solve my issue, and I know who I’m going to call if I have any other transmission issues as my car gets further into her golden years. Thank you, Edgar!!

Edgar at Charlies Transmission was so helpful and kind. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my vehicle (Who knew there was a thing called a "parking prawl"?). He let me know when I could expect my vehicle back and even went above and beyond to bring my car back to me at work so I did not have to find a ride to get my car. It is rare these days to find someone you can trust and you know they are sincere in their desire to help you! He was honest and I appreciated that. They have a customer for life now!
