William was excellent in making sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle, quick service, fair price, and great results on my transfer case. Would highly recommend also came with an unlimited mileage 1 year warranty. Super happy. Also happy that they repair vehicles older than 20 years as I have an 04 Jeep Liberty.

My husband has a 2002 Honda Accord he took here for transmission work. Once the diagnostics were complete, Mr. Teele called and gave him 2 different options, each coming with a warranty, and both over $3k, which was to be expected as we all know transmission repair ain’t cheap. So my husband asks about payment options, and Mr. Teele simply ask what can you pay now, what can you pay moving forward, and how often can you pay? Once the particulars were worked out, a predetermined amount would be paid every 2 weeks until paid off. This began in May 2025 and balance was paid Aug 2025. While off site, during one of the summer storms, the driver’s window suffered damage, and Mr. Teele and his team not only replaced the window, but also tinted it, since that’s how it came to his shop. All and all, Mr. Teele was not only professional and reasonable, but extremely personable, which in today’s world is most important to us because we are regular everyday people who work hard for our money, so it’s nice to know there are still businesses out there that show the level of respect someone choosing to spend their money with them truly deserves. We highly recommend this business to anyone we come across in need of their services, and will use again ourselves for any future needs. Keep up the awesome work!!

The transmission on my high mileage 02 Ford Ranger finally failed. My truck is currently at Accurate having the transmission rebuilt. So, far I am extremely pleased with the customer service provided. They offered towing and free initial inspection. William has been extremely helpful during the process. He was upfront with pricing, the next steps, and options. He was patient while I considered my options, as this type of work can be expensive. I have found the pricing to be fair and reasonable. I will provide an update once the work is completed. Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend them for your transmission needs.... The shop rebuilt the transmission on my 2003 Dodge Caravan at a great price — it’s running perfectly now! We truly appreciate their excellent service, especially William, who was professional, kind, and responsible throughout the process.
