Champlain Roofing performed an outstanding roof replacement for me last week. Caty was an excellent sales rep who did an excellent job on the quoting portion which was the most comprehensive of any received. Our job was complicated by the need to navigate solar panel removal and the weather which insisted on being uncooperative. The crew worked diligently until darkness and at the end, thoroughly cleaned up the entire area of nails and debris. Brenda in the office was so professional and showed an amazing degree of concern for all communications throughout the project which was important to me. Within 3 days of the project completion, Ian visited me to inspect the job and make sure everything was satisfactory. We walked the property and only found one nail in the bushes - amazing!
