Have come on two separate occasions to fix our dishwasher but work on all types of appliances. Appointments are made quickly and they do a fantastic and very thorough job. I will never call anyone else. Excellent.

Dedicated and honest. We have a Thermador double oven, and it’s difficult to find a repair company with the experience to assess and repair. Shawn saved our Thanksgiving! He accurately diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. The company kept us updated on shipping and the same day they received the part, they called to schedule an appointment. Shawn arrived on time and efficiently repaired our oven. Today is 11/21/25 and the techs are working 12 to 14 hour days to make sure their customers have working ovens before Thanksgiving, ours included. Our stove had a gas leak last week. OG&E came out quickly and secured the gas. We called N2 and they came out on an end of day emergency call. Shawn came out and identified a bad valve, but went further to ask if our oven had hot spots. He said it looks the igniters were failing causing voltage fluctuations damaging the valve. He ordered the parts, and when they came in from the manufacturer, returned to fix it. His knowledge and pride of workmanship were evident. He took the time to double check that his original diagnosis was correct and then that there were no further leaks. Definitely recommend this local business.
