Called and spoke with Terrance about getting my camera lens replaced on my iPhone he was extremely professional and helpful over the phone took the time to answer all the questions i had which I had a lot since I was coming from so far away. 😂 I ended up being closer to the other location than the one he was currently working at and Damien repaired my lens very quickly and was super nice as well. I actually spoke to several others in the repair team and I didn’t catch their names but everyone was so nice! I will definitely bring any future repair needs to this store!

Trung & Damian customer service was great. I could tell they really enjoy what they do. The passion they have for there job. I am a store manager. If I had a position in there field I would of offer both them a job today. Thanks so much for the excellent customer. They both understand how important customer service is to an organization.

Damian was awesome! I didn't think my phone could be fixed and was sure I was going to have to buy a new one. Within a few minutes he had my phone working back to normal! He definitely knows what he's doing and is super friendly and helpful. Thank you so much Damian!😊
