I strongly advise against using this repair shop. I brought in my laptop with minor water damage, expecting a straightforward repair. Instead, I was met with inconsistent information about the diagnosis and what was supposedly needed. They kept my laptop for an extended period without making any real progress, despite multiple follow ups. They removed parts unnecessarily, replaced components with ones that didn’t work, and returned the laptop poorly and lazily reassembled. There are also small nicks and damages on a couple places of my laptop that weren’t there before, as if it was handled carelessly. One of the employees also had a terrible attitude throughout the experience. At this point, my laptop is unusable, they have my money, and I’m left with nothing. While this shop is unfortunately one of the few options available in the area, their service is unprofessional and unreliable. If you want a proper repair job, I strongly recommend going outside of Mississippi for better quality and service.
