Fix Phone Zone

Chris was very quick and efficient! Had me out in 15 minutes!! Love it!! (lol this was my review 3 months ago!) I recently came in again on January 1st, because I had to get my screen fixed. Everyone was amazing, Chris put the screen on and I went on about my day. After, my phone starts getting “HOT” 2 days after the screen has been fixed, I finally call on January 10th because I know this isn’t normal. Mind you I got the same screen as before and I had no problems. I get to the store him and his friend gaslight me, saying this is normal and it’s not hot, it’s “WARM” and ”it’s only warm because I got the cheaper screen” lmao I’ve worked in phone stores before and know when a phone is hot! Even when it’s not on the charger my phone was hot! We have this discussion for about 10mins. Finally he says I”ll change it for you if you think it’s the screen but if it still get hot “ it’s on you”. He changed the screen and instantly the phone temp went back to normal, I haven’t had any problems with my phone since!! Needless to say, never let anyone gaslight you into thinking you are wrong. Go with your first mind. I will not come back to this store sorely for that reason, but I can say they are quick and get you out in no time. You all have a good day!

While surfing the web for someone to repair my broken I-Phone, I came across Fix Phone Zone! I arrived early and to my surprise, Chris did too. All things were great because I did not have to drive very far, as I had earlier this year! I also had to return several times for problems I was still having with the phone. This young man opened up on time, and immediately began to repair my shattered i-phone screen! I was so excited about this place! It was right in the neighborhood, he was very tech savvy and I was ready to leave in a short period of time! The price was very reasonable compared to what I had paid earlier in the year! If you like competence, consideration, honesty and integrity and respect, please consider FIX PHONE ZONE! I was provided a phone cover, screen saver and was a very happy customer! I am a happy customer (senior citizen) who found a great business near my residence that was very professional and I will continue to go there whenever necessary for my phone needs!
