Was on vacation broke my camera, called n asked them if they fixed and how much, they told me, I drove 35 minutes to the shop just for them to tell me they are waiting on parts. Guess they didn’t find it pertinent to tell me that on the phone. Pretty terrible customer service.
Excellent service. I has some serious issues with my phone, and they had them resolved within minutes of my arrival. Thanks guys. And did I mention how affordable they were? Yes, yes, and yes, they took my breath when they quoted the price I owed them. Everyone else I went to before getting to Bantu, either said they couldn't do it or tried to sell me one of their new phones. And the price was less than half of EVERYONE else !!!! Go see these guys if ever a problem with your mobile. THEY WILL REMEDY YOUR ISSUES FOR A LOT LESS THAN ANYONE. Keep up the excellent work. We need more businesses like yalls . Thanks again.
Well first of all what the store really looks like is nothing like the photo. Very messy, unorganized and just gross. They are a WISH pickup store which is only reason i went there but definitely wont be going back
Way cheaper than other cell phone repair shops. The guy was very friendly and fixed it quick. It comes with a 1 year warranty too.
