I had a really bad experience at this store. My friend and I stopped by to check out a phone case, and when she mentioned the price was too high, the guy started pushing hard to make the sale. I then asked how much a privacy screen was, and he told me $35. I did a quick search online and found way cheaper options, and the moment I showed him, he got super defensive and rude. Absolutely Avoid This Business! I recently had an incredibly disastrous experience at this establishment. I brought in two of my phones for what should have been a routine battery replacement. Unbelievably, the technician who worked on my devices made a critical error – they forgot to remove the protective plastic film from the replacement batteries before installing them. This egregious oversight resulted in both phones being completely bricked and unusable. The total cost of the damage? Over $3,000! Addy is sooooo amazing!!! He helped me with fixing my camera, listening when I said my phone does quickly and showed me a battery that clips to your phone (which is perfect for my line of work) and he helped me pick a case I would actually like not just trying to make a sale!!! Definitely recommend and I will be back!
