The manager wanted to get on my phone and give herself a 5 star review. I took my phone and felt pressure bc she didn’t want me to leave until it was done. I didn’t even purchase anything she just offered me $40 off…… changing my review to 1 star since I do not have experience with their products or service
I’ve done two repairs with them now and they have done a great job both times!
In Feb 4 I took my Iphone12 because it didn't turn on, they said no problem we can fix that: The guy said it did vibrate but nothing on screen. He said is the screen display, so he change it. Nothing. Is the battery, he change it. Nothing. Is the charging port, he change it. Nothing. We have to send it to the lab because it could it be water or it was drop it. None of that did happen to it. He said I will call you in 2 days. So I paid for it and guess what? You guess it, he didn't call. So than they said that is the mother board and have to be order and is comming from China , well is been about a month and I still waitig for my phone , so I call to get an update, they tell me that they will call and never do, I even was told that the guy the helped me frist dosent work ther anymore and I talk to him 2 days ago, He said sorprised "You havent get your phone" and he promes to call me in 1 hour and of curse he never call. They open at 10:00 am and guess what they don't answer. Well after a month of waiting on Feb.27 I talk to Mohamed again that guy is the fistone I did talk to, and he said to me "I got 2 options for you: 1) Yuo can wait for your phone but is going to take a long time. 2) I can give you a new iphone 12 but you have to paid $90 more and he will have it Sat Feb 28 or Mon. Mar. 2" Once againg you are right. They did not call or even open the store. So on Tuesday Mar. 2 I got a call from Gia and she really didn't about it, she wanted me to bring the phone to get fix, after few minutes of really no placent conversation she said to me to give her 3hrs and she call me with an answer. She did call shocking, so I when to pick up the new phone and trying to playme she ask for my phone saying that they can put a screen protector that I don't need so I show her my phone and she was looking at it while I paid and guess what: SHE WAS TRYING TO DELETE MY REVIEW. So I took the phone from her hand and I was not nice about it. Just to end this, THIS PEOPLE ARE A FRAUD, BE WHISE DO NOT GO THERE.
I had an amazing experience with CELLAIRIS! I was in a desperate situation after I dropped my phone and cracked it at H-E-B, and I caught them right before closing. Even then, they were extremely kind, professional, and willing to help. They fixed my phone in a short amount of time and truly saved my day. I’m very grateful for their quick service and excellent customer care. I highly recommend CELLAIRIS!
Great experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, honest, and fast. They fixed my phone the same day and it’s working perfectly now. Fair pricing and excellent service—I’d definitely recommend this place.
