Cellairis (in Walmart)

I will never be taking my phone here for a repair. After waiting over a month for my phone's screen to come in, I finally had to go into the store (because no one answered the phone) to be told that the screen was never ordered. I waited a few more weeks and was told that they weren't able to get my screen at all. I was fortunately refunded my money. Apparently, they had just changed ownership and some people got fired and the transition lengthened the time it took for me to be told they couldn't actually fix my screen. It was just frustrating. I'll be taking my business elsewhere next time.

I left my iPad to have the screen replaced on August 15, 2025 Friday. They said they were gonna have it ready by Monday or Tuesday. I didn’t hear from them and I gave them extra time. I call them on Thursday almost a week after because I didn’t hear from them. The phone calls went unanswered and the location was closed. I called again today, Tuesday, August 26 and they finally answered. I was told that they’ve been closed since I left the iPad And the only Tech that was working, told me that they’re overwhelmed and he is the only person that works. My iPad still hasn’t been fixed so I just retrieve it and we’ll go somewhere else. So the iPad sat there for all this time, not being fixed and without me knowing anything about how these people do operations. They basically closed the location and no one answered the phone not able to leave a voicemail Thank you
