Outstanding !!!! I unexpectedly got a virus from a coffee shops Wi-Fi failure ( not planned at all) and Ken got me in next day. He was super fast and got my computer fixed within the same day. His prices are immaculate, considering I call many other shops quoting me $500 and above.... He also worked with me on payment forms as well. I cannot stress his services enough. Thank you Ken. I called Ken to help with my Da's computer and Ken was able to help my Dad immediately. My Dad brought Ken the computer and Ken had it fixed and was able to help my Dad get a good anti-virus that is reliable and affordable. Ken's charges for service was also extremely affordable! Been working with Ken for about 3 years on various computer needs. Recently, Ken helped me upgrade my old tired Win 10 unit to a brand new Win 11 unit with three times the processing power and 5 times the ram capacity. So nice to be able to click on an app, file, or program and have it open almost instantly rather than waiting 10, 15, 30 seconds for something to open. Thanks Ken!
