An electric oven. Used twice before my wife passed away. The Oven part quit heating. The repair man came came twice. First time he ordered the wrong part. Then he come back with what he thought was the right part, but it wasn’t quite exactly like the one that was broke. he tried to fix it. He end up using black tape to wrap around a burnt wire. I would not recommend this company for anything a complete waste of over $300.
Ugh! It must be a Tuesday (my unlucky day) because I came home from work to find my fridge not working. Joy, and I just got groceries on Sunday! I called C&C Appliance Repair LLC and spoke to the woman that answered (didn't get her name) and she sent out a technician. Turns out James isn't just a tech he's also the owner! He made it to my place in less than 40 mins and got to work straight away. I'm always nervous having strangers in my home but he was really nice and friendly. Turns out my compressor had burned out. He fixed it and was done in about an hour. He said he would follow up in 24-48 hours to make sure it worked as it should. He also told me it has a 10 year warranty if anything goes wrong. Hopefully nothing goes wrong! I appreciate his explanations and assurances. The $99 service fee was waved since I had him do the repair. In total it cost me $700.00 (which I think was a good deal because the other call around quotes I got were between $900-$1,500.00)...
Called to price an icemaker installation and they do not do it unless they sell you the part. My part here is a genuine whirlpool icemaker that goes to this EXACT fridge. When I said are you just trying to mark up a part YOU buy? She said I have an attitude and hung up..SUPER RUDE AVOID.
James and his team did an amazing job on our dryer. We previously used Natural State Appliance Repair in which they visited our house 3X, charged us an exorbitant amount just for it to fail again. James was not only able to fix it under cost but actually address the issue that caused it. We are so thankful for them and will continue to use them again!
