Unfortunately I would discourage anyone from using this company for any type of repairs. I’ve had two separate occasions where the owner follows the exact same patterns. Both times we paid upfront (~$500 each time) and told they would be in touch in 4 business days for final repair/follow-up. Both times we had to call multiple times to get a response and follow up for the actual repairs. Ugh! It must be a Tuesday (my unlucky day) because I came home from work to find my fridge not working. Joy, and I just got groceries on Sunday! I called C&C Appliance Repair LLC and spoke to the woman that answered (didn't get her name) and she sent out a technician. Turns out James isn't just a tech he's also the owner! He made it to my place in less than 40 mins and got to work straight away. I'm always nervous having strangers in my home but he was really nice and friendly. Turns out my compressor had burned out. He fixed it and was done in about an hour. He said he would follow up in 24-48 hours to make sure it worked as it should. He al... Read full review

An electric oven. Used twice before my wife passed away. The Oven part quit heating. The repair man came came twice. First time he ordered the wrong part. Then he come back with what he thought was the right part, but it wasn’t quite exactly like the one that was broke. he tried to fix it. He end up using black tape to wrap around a burnt wire. I would not recommend this company for anything a complete waste of over $300.
