Do not recommend them, I drove all the way from Louisa to look at carpet. I was only showed 3 that was even close to my price I wanted to stay in. The Capet they showed I wouldn’t have had it anywhere in my house. Tryed to tell me that was the best price around for my budget due to I was having 74 yards done! A whole upstairs! Also tryed to tell me the carpet brand I wanted was not even made anymore, the place was cluttered, nothing to pick from, not clean at all and the men in there was just rude my husband and I left within 5 minutes of being there. Lucky for us we found a place right down the road from them that was amazing with us, they gave me so much to pick from IN MY PRICE that I was there forever trying to pick what one cause I wanted them all!!!! They was clean, well stocked and very nice. They came out, measured the same day and have me set up fast to get my carpet done. Look elsewhere for carpet this place is unprofessional, dirty , nothing to pick from and wayyy over priced on cheap brands of carpet

Walk in front doors place is very cluttered & run down show room needs to be updated get with 2017 not 1980 older gentleman was very rude and abrupt. Does not have people skills he has to b rite about everything pretty bad when you have to go through other doors to find vinyl or carpet this place is very cluttered just feels dirty. Had an issue with getting carpet installed Friday was original installation date then Saturday then Monday no show Monday cancelled order went to home town carpet Tuesday morning installers showed up by 1 pm the guys packing tools to go home for the day the installer said this is an easy job just 3 bedrooms
