Excellent Service Experience. Towing Driver was Dennis Brown. His Experience level was off the chart. He made a very difficult tow seem so easy. The Driver was so friendly and courteous. A professional to the core. Later when he found out that my wife was employed with the State police patrol the price became even lower. He was an awesome representative for their company.

Every time I need to set a Tow up this is the place I use! They are very kind and quick. Not only do they take photos before they pick the vehicle up they also take photos when they drop the vehicle off. Dave has a good eye for finding extra damage on the vehicle and documenting it so there is no confusion later. They let you know if there are keys for the vehicle and if it will drive or not. They are very organized and over all a great company to have in your back pocket. I have been working with Dave for a while now and he wont let you down! Such a great guy!

I used CarCare towing services after being in an accident and highly recommend their services. Dave the driver was very responsive and communicated with me for arrival time and scheduling my car pickup. He was very patient with my questions and made me feel at ease with the process.

My last tow with this company was done by a Driver named Dennis I believe. He was 5 star awesome! He was quick, arriving faster than promised, he was professional (he hitched the car properly) which cannot be said for all tow truck drivers. Not to mention he is a super cool person! I liked them so much that tonight I am calling them again to tow the same car to another place. I am willing to wait a little longer due to the fact that there was another tow in between that I cannot say I was as happy with, as the other company did not hitch the car properly and caused undue damage to the suspension of this car. Update: Dennis came to pick me up again, and as per the car care standard, was right on time, and super professional. Got the car on the tow truck with great care and per his usual self was awesome with a great attitude and turned my crappy time I was having into a great towing experience. Honestly never calling anyone else but car care for tows anymore. Dennis is definitely the best of the best and I’m sure the rest of their team is as well. 10/10 will definitely do again when necessary. I do try to keep the cars off of tow trucks lol.
