Our dishwasher sprung a link. Called Superior Appliances Repair. They sent out Raymond A. He couldn't speak english, but did his best to communicate via pointing and pictures. He could order the needed part and be out to repair in 2-3 days. We paid about half of the total cost up front (fine by me - cover the cost of the first trip, ordering the part, etc) and now haven't heard anything from Raymond A. or Superior for over a week. I've sent three emails, two texts and called multiple times - leaving unanswered voicemails. We used them once in the past and the work was done fine - then they asked for us to leave them a positive review and they would refund $15. So, I'm not skeptical of all of their positive reviews. Can someone from the company please contact me with either a refund or the work completed? Thank you! Update: I've changed my review from a 1 star to a 4 star. Our dishwasher has been fixed and is running well. Raymond apologized and admitted that he was supposed to reach out to us to let us know that the part had been delayed in shipping, but that he forgot. I can appreciate that. I recognize that it was his responsibility, but I'm still surprised I never heard back directly from the company after multiple attempts. Without the communication snafu, everything else was fine.
