Brian at Hometown Plumbing was amazing from start to finish. He responded quickly and was at my home in about an hour. He clearly explained what was going on, diagnosed the issue efficiently, and offered a quick, correct and cost effective solution. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Brian is truly an amazing guy AND an even better Plumber!! While I too work as a handyman and do some plumbing, he is a true “licensed professional” plumber! and is the ONLY guy I’d trust to work on my house or refer to others when or if the work is beyond me. I have used him on several occasions-including today, when he swapped a new RPZ(reduced pressure zone) backflow preventer for our exterior sprinkler system. The install is so clean(see pics) and he really cares about the quality of the work he does for customers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thanks Brian!
Brian was called after I hired a tasker on TaskRabbit who clearly had no idea what he was doing. He was able to get my water running the day of the call, order quality freeze proof spigot not from Home Depot and come back the next afternoon to wrap up the install. He even added some seal tape to help with some dripping. Personable and fast! Thanks Brian!
