After having taken my car to Casey in Palatine on multiple occasions, I feel confident in saying that they are a great place to get my car serviced. I've never had any problems with the work they did and they completed it within the time they originally they told me. Their prices are reasonable and definitely cheaper than what dealerships charge. The staff is friendly and helpful in answering my questions.
We had a crazy quote from a dealer for some repairs after a recall fix. I called explained the situation and got quoted for a lot less than the dealer. I dropped off my car in the morning And On pickup they discovered some of the issues the dealer said needed fixing we're fine and got me out at an even lower price. Would highly recommend this place.
I had a great experience getting my car work. Mike Bruens provided outstanding customer service. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions patiently, and made the whole process easy. Very satisfied with the service!
Casey's is now my local "go to" as my car ages and needs service. I appreciate being able to make an appointment and since work took less than an hour, being able to wait for my vehicle. Serviceman Johnny S. was very patient and thorough in also explaining and recommending future work - I did not feel like he was "selling" me things that were unnecessary or uneeded. Simply a heads up so I could budget and plan accordingly since the suggestions would take longer timewise and be more expensive than today's work. Let's face it, cars are necessary evils living in the suburbs and you want to feel like you are balancing the "aging" factors and costs of your vehicle, along with the timeline to afford them and keep a safe ride. Will be making future appointment for rest of work. Also appreciate the ample waiting area, complimentary coffee, early hours/overnight key drop, and clean restroom. They also accept various credit cards and DO NOT tack on additional fees for paying via credit card. Thank you Casey's! I appreciate you and will be in touch soon!
It was my initial experience performing an Oil Change, and I am extremely satisfied with my decision to proceed with it. The staff was friendly and displayed a high level of professionalism in addressing all of my concerns. They thoroughly explained each step before performing any work on my car. Additionally, they conducted a complimentary maintenance check on my vehicle and only charged me a fair price. It is the most affordable shop in the area.
