I don't often give one star reviews, but after seeing this I had to. Had someone come to me with a computer they purchased here outright for $1000 to see what he should have upgraded. Not only was the computer itself not worth $1000 it was barely worth $300. It had a 1050ti for the gpu, and a older motherboard with a single stick of ram. Not to mention it stank and was dirty. And even though they purchased it outright they still had to agree to these ridiculous terms. while I have never been to the store myself I can't say I would ever go after seeing a situation like this. Not to mention that they did not give a full refund even after them only having the machine for 2 days and never using it.

I have been a customer at Aplus for a long time, and since the first time I went there I have never went no where else, I have furnished my whole home from them from living room suits to bedroom suits, and also laundry and kitchen. They have the best staff anyone could ask for and they dont stop until they get what you want or need and at a great price to. For example I had a problem where my dryer blew up and needed one asap, called them up and boom had one delivered the next day. They are truly an amazing place and amazing customer service, and they are also people that understand that life gets in the way, and will do anything to try and help you figure things out, so I want to say thank you to the staff at aplus for being amazing and always there when I need something or have came into issues in my life, and let's not forget while you are buying something and anything goes wrong they will fix the problem and make sure to try and have a loaner until you get yours back. I'm just truly grateful that I found this place, because I wouldnt have been able to have the things I do if not for them.
