Had a wonderful experience here. I had a loose diamond that I wanted to get placed in an older ring setting and saw that Caat Jewelers had great reviews- so I decided to give them a visit and I am so glad I did. Chad was awesome to work with- helping me choose the right prongs, replacing/setting the new stone and slightly resizing it for me. The ring turned out beautiful. Pricing was good, turnaround was quick and he is diligent to make sure you are happy with the end result. Highly recommend & will definitely be returning for future use.
I went in to get my boyfriends watched sized. As the guy was doing that, I told his wife “for shits and giggles, how much for my wedding set?” She asked to see it. My rings had zero damages when I gave it to her and she gave them back to me with my wedding band broken. When I said something to them because I noticed it immediately, they looked at me like a deer in headlights and then dumbfounded. This is absolutely ridiculous!
I had my wedding ring resized, The work was done beautifully I can’t even tell it was resized it looks great. They were super professional, friendly and kind. Turnaround time was super fast. Highly recommend them.
I’ve been looking for a nice rope chain for a little while. Went to the main jewelry stores in the mall and was ready to pull the trigger on one. However, at the last minute, I decided to hold off a little bit longer, thinking that there might be sales coming out for Valentine’s Day
On my way out of the mall, I walked past CAAT JEWELERS…. Not thinking that they would have something that I was Very closely similar to what I have been looking for at one of the other jewelry stores. I spoke to Chad, who is the owner And told him what I was looking for. Super knowledgeable of the market and what’s going on with gold and silver. He showed me a rope chain that was very close to what I had been looking for. Even with other customers in the shop, he still made the time to answer my questions and even call one of his suppliers to answer a couple questions for me. Which I really appreciate it because he had people in the shop and he made the call. I told him I’d be back the next day however I didn’t make it in.
But went in today and he actually had something a little better than I previously was looking. Worked with me a little bit on the price, which he didn't have to. The price he gave was already very reasonable.
Still had a few people in the shop when I arrive with my girlfriend. He looked at some jewelry we brought in gave us a good price. We bought the chain also.
Great buying experience!! Just the conversation was so much better than dealing with the sales people at the larger jewelry stores. Who often get pushy. Ask Chad a question, gives you an answer and simply says “think on it and let me know” no pushy sales tactics!
I will definitely go to him first, before I look anywhere else. I suggest you do to. Check out CAST JEWELERS…. Tell him Ryan from the GOOGKE REVIEW SENT YOU!!!
AMAZING! My mom walked in on a Tuesday and he helped her right away. She wanted a mother’s ring, he helped her customize, ordered all the stones, etc. and he made everything happen before the weekend so it would be ready for her moms 80th birthday. Very friendly, helpful, fast and affordable compared to all other jewelers she shopped around at. Shes 100% confident she made the right choice going here. We will definitely recommend and would give them ten stars if we could!!
