Excellent service! They showed up on time, replaced my water softener, and did a great job. They explained how to use the new system and answered all my questions. Super helpful and knowledgeable.

We had a problem in our basement where the washer/dryer drain in the floor was backed up. Dan Fay Plumbing came out and evaluated it, gave us an estimate, and completed the work quickly. I couldn't imagine what was below the concrete floor, but they cut it out, repaired what needed to be, and it's been running better than ever! And, I've owned this home for over 26 years and it's draining like new construction! Highly recommended.

My water heater was leaking and I needed a new one. I called them late afternoon and they had my new one installed the next morning! I worked with friendly install people and had a fast turnaround. Super grateful to the staff!
