The staff here was amazing, dealer type environment! Jeff, Dennis and the team there are definitely a top-tier, dealer-quality experience shop! The entire team are true professionals. I’ll admit I was a little hesitant at first, but after the excellent work they did on my 2022 Silverado HD, I won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else. While I was waiting, I heard other customers sharing the same positive feedback, which says a lot. Thank you all for the awesome experience, I’ll definitely be back!

Recently my 2022 dodge ram over heated out of the blue. When I checked to see what the issue was I found the antifreeze had turned to a brown milkshake looking substance. After contacting burnout Boyz garage and spoke to Dennis he told me to bring it in . Once there Dennis was awesome he was friendly,professional and courteous and got our truck in right away. Within a few hours then had pin pointed the issue and asked before doing the repairs. This note is great for a mechanic and his staff, who went above and beyond, communicated clearly, and was honest about the repairs. I'm writing to express my sincere thanks for the recent work you did on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo X. The engine diagnostic was completed, and they took my vehicle in without an appointment of course it is a day by day situation and rather than having to wait 3 to 4 weeks to get a diagnostic test done unlike having to wait on Champion Ford where I bought this vehicle from they were able to assist me same day. What stood out to me most was your incredible honesty and professionalism. I truly appreciate that you took the time to explain the issue clearly and never pressured me into unnecessary repairs.
