Dropped off my vehicle(2019 Chevy Colorado) for service it was not starting. I Dropped it off Friday evening at 5PM when they were closing they were all nice and directed me to where to drop it off. It was worked on and I got it back the following Tuesday. Awesome mechanics and pretty quick they were able to refill my freon as well. I did replace my starter and battery as well as my A/C compressor since I was already near the component however I decided to hand it over as I couldn't locate the problem.

Hey, this is place is awesome. I was traveling through town and had tire issues with my work van. They took care of me quickly and the work and customer service was excellent. I had been driving around for about 2 hours trying to find a reasonable price for the work. Everywhere i went seemed to be trying to rip me off. Their price was the best in town. I did not feel like I was getting taken advantage of. The woman running the office was very nice and professional. I can't remember her name. And the young man working on my tires was very good at his job. I wish they were in Delaware where I live so I could take all my vehicles there for service. I definitely recommend giving them a try if you are in the area. I am very satisfied. Thanks guys! You rock!🙂

Had my fan replaced the macanic forgot to put two bolts back on. The bolts holding the fan down the stupidity of them. Payed 150.00 for this service. Try to explain to them that I've been driving for about 2weeks like that on bumpy gravel roads. Imagine how much damage that new fan got from bouncing around for 2weeks and that fan was expensive 377.00 I don't know how much damaged my new fan took. I didn't get any apology or some money back for their mistake they didn't care at all . I suggest if you are going to get work done there check all your bolts before you leave. Was going to get my spark plugs done there but not any more they might leave something off. They lost my trust and business so disappointed 👎👎

We visited JN JA on Tuesday (6/9/25) without a firm appointment, but within minutes of our arrival, they were working to diagnose why our Motorhome’s air conditioning had abruptly quit while we were in route. They had seemingly zeroed in on a fuse as the culprit and had the AC running. We paid (a very reasonable amount) and headed down the road! Within blocks of the shop it quit. We returned and again, they immediately went to work on the problem. After a couple of repeats, my husband and I made a decision to keep on trucking and deal with just having the fan blower working (which was more than we’d had before)! The major impression of this shop and its staff is that we could not have been treated any better as these folks were beyond kind and hard working. We couldn’t recommend them any more highly!
