My suv was having some type of EVAP problem. Pj and his team fixed the problem along with other parts that needed attention. Im very grateful for his honest work and communication during this service. Thank you guys for helping me and getting the job done. I would definitely go to this shop again in the future for mechanical issues.
They need to take tire services off their listing. If you’re stranded in the middle of nowhere after 6PM your SOL because no where is open. UPDATE: Since I can’t reply to the owners reply. Please don’t say there are lots of places open past 6pm. I was stranded on the side of the freeway with my 2 kids and literally called every tire place in Gallup. When I tried calling you basically in tears all I got was “we don’t do that” nothing else. No explanation, no sympathy.
Our minivan completely died on a family road trip, leaving us literally stuck in the middle of the road on a Sunday hundreds of miles from our destination for that night. Huge thanks to AutoZone for helping us out initially and then pointing us here to Sam's Automotive to get our alternator replaced. PJ was friendly, thorough, professional, and reassuring in a rather stressful situation for our family. He had us up and running ahead of schedule and we were able to continue on our way through remote New Mexico and Utah without any issues. Could not be more appreciative!
