They were prompt. They were fast, efficient and very thorough installing our Pelpro 130. Bryan was detailed in explained how everything worked, and how to properly maintain it for maximum efficiency. He answered every question, plus the ones we didn't know to ask. Fantastic experience! Will definitely recommend.

Just had the best customer experience of my life with Bryan. They did an annual service on my pellet stove and were so friendly and knowledgeable. The work was thorough and done cleanly. When they were done he sat with me for 20 minutes explaining all the functions of my stove and answering questions. Highly recommend!!!
Bryan's Pellet Stove Service did an excellent job repairing and cleaning my pellet stove. I called on a Monday evening and they came out the next day and fixed my pellet stove and cleaned it out properly. Bryan was very knowledgeable about stoves and let me know what my options were and was very upfront about what I was most likely going to spend in order to get my stove running well again. I had a very dirty stove and they cleaned it all up like new and left not even a speck of ash lying around. I highly recommend Bryan's.
