Deleted my 5 star review from last year, ever since they merged with M&R I’ve been extremely disappointed in the customer service. I have a 92yr old senior in the house and cannot be waiting a week for repairs or put on waitlists. This has happened twice now - once this summer during the heatwave and just this week. I’ve found an alternative service provider who can get us the help we need in a more proactive and caring way.
