I just bought my second system ( or major parts) from this company. Timely answers, friendly attitude, knowledgeable, price competitiveness, and on- time performance are just a handful of reasons I use this company and will continue to do so. They could have sold me (up-sold) me on a full system but did not. They replaced the broken component and saved me thousands. Very few companies would have done this. I’ll utilize their services again if needed.

Great Service/ Fair Price/Great Customer Care Air Plus replaced my 25 year old condenser unit. They had to best prices and options for my needs. There were a couple of hiccups and issues that need to be adjusted over the first season but Kim has always been amazing in getting a technician out quickly and even after hours. One technician that I would like to highlight is Jeff. Jeff worked for two hours trying to find a solution as to why we weren't maintaining cool air flow and finally found that a wrong sized part was installed in our furnace by another company's technician. My parents are 92 years old and there AC system needed repair quickly. I left a detailed message with answering service and Monday morning we were given a priority spot. Airplus service team identified the parts needed and by 6:30pm we were good to go. Highly recommend this group. Bill
