Our hot water heater went out on a holiday, Columbus Day. It was leaking so I had to turn off the water to the house.Called Grapple Plumbing and they referred me to Zack. Zach said he was swamped, had several water heaters to install that day, but he would try to get by that afternoon. Zach came to our house about 5:00 PM and in one hour had a new hot water heater installed. You don’t know how much you miss having water until you have none. Zach did a great job and I can recommend Grapple Plumbing without any reservation.
Shout out to Zack with Grapple Plumbing. Great service. Zach was thorough and answered all my questions and concerns. He even came back by late in the day to make sure everything was working properly! I definitely would recommend Grapple Plumbing for any plumbing needs you may have for your home. Also, there prices were very competitive and reasonable.
Zach repaired noisy Main water pressure so it worked like it should without the cost of replacement. And tied in hot water recirculation line to water heater. Now we get hot water in seconds instead of lukewarm water in minutes. Very professional and courteous. Would recommend Grapple Plumbing to anyone. Thanks again.
We had a great experience with Grapple Plumbing! Zack was fabulous from start to finish. I learned (a little later than I would have liked!) that water heater life expectancy has shortened considerably in recent years — no longer 12–15 years, but more like 5–7 years. To help extend the life, it’s smart to get an annual flush and check/replace the anode rod if needed. So, we hired Grapple Plumbing to handle this service. When I booked the appointment, Zack gave me a clear, reasonable pre-quote. He arrived exactly on time, and since our water heater is 7 years old and had never been serviced, I wasn’t sure he’d be able to get the old anode ro... He arrived exactly on time, and since our water heater is 7 years old and had never been serviced, I wasn’t sure he’d be able to get the old anode rod out. But Zack came with a “can do” attitude and got it done! Beyond the excellent service, he was a delight to have in our home. He listened patiently while my elderly mom (who goes by “Trouble”) shared some of her stories, and even jumped in with a few of his own. It felt like talking with a friend, not just a plumber. The next time we need plumbing help, Grapple Plumbing will be the first call we make. Highly recommend!
