Great experience from start to finish. The team was friendly, straightforward, and easy to work with. Pricing was fair and transparent, and there was zero pressure or runaround. Frank was especially awesome - knowledgeable, honest, and clearly cares about doing things the right way. Hard to find a shop like this. I’ll definitely be back.
This vehicle repair shop is definitely one of the few honest ones around. Fair and reasonable pricing. The mechanics/crew know what they are doing. They are very proficient and thorough. I have been taking my car over there for about 2-3 years. The owner, Frank is top notch along with his crew. Give him a chance, you will not regret it.
Was referred by a friend. I needed a new serpentine belt and they also checked my and changed my vacuums for leaks. Frank communicated to me throughout the process. Transparent pricing. I was there about 1.5-2 hours total. Got a part delivered for me. I will 100% be back. Happy Holidays.
After being taken advantage of, bent over the barrel, and had thousands of dollars needlessly extracted from me by unscrupulous dealership service centers (namely Hendrick Honda of Charleston), it was incredibly refreshing to have such quick and impeccable service from the mechanics here. I took my car in for rear brakes. 2 months later I took it in for the front brakes. Each time the service was same day and very reasonably priced. They didn't concoct any other problem just to make them more cash. They just went ahead and fixed the problem -. Brakes. I highly recommend Brake and Alignment Center and will continue to utilize their services!
