We’ve been using Bradley Mechanical for more than two decades. We’re currently on our recently installed second upstairs and downstairs Lennox systems. Communication and timeliness are consistently reliable. Yesterday was the first visit for the technician providing regular contracted maintenance. He was very polite and attentive, answering questions and providing suggestions and estimates for improvements.
Installed our heat pump 16 years ago, and have been serving it ever since. Well trained, courteous staff. Have recommended to neighbors. Had problems with a boiler/hot water heater they installed a few years ago, but they "went the extra mile"(s) to solve the problem. Very pleased with their service.
Our technician, Mason was great and very knowledgeable. My boyfriend is a first responder and wasn’t home at the time, but Mason was very professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. He explained everything before doing it and as he was working, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend them! The price was also very reasonable, especially considering he came around 9 PM.
I contacted them via text in the morning, and before noon a technician was onsite. He evaluated the system and made the necessary adjustments right away. They consistently respond as quickly as possible, and their technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I’m very happy with the service we receive and can recommend them without hesitation.
Incredibly pleased with this company so far. I was convinced we needed a new HVAC system (ours was 16 year old builder grade garbage). I heard good things about BM from our neighborhood Facebook group, so decided to give them a call to get an estimate. Keep in mind this is during the ice event of Jan '26. The technician (thanks Matt!) called and asked if it was okay if he came a little early and showed up when he said he would. He was extremely patient and informative with my million questions, and I eventually left him alone to work. He came up with a great solution for our house that can probably squeeze a few more years of life out of our system without breaking the bank. Now we can save properly for a new system (which we'll be purchasing from Bradley Mechanical) for when this one inevitably bites the dust. The prices were lower than I expected, so I was able to comfortably sign a work order for some other extras that Matt recommended. I will amend this review after the work has been completed.
