I bought my mini-split from Alpine 4 years ago. This appt was for routine maintenance. The service staff person was friendly and experienced. They explained what they were doing, completed the job well and cleaned up thoroughly after the work was complete. While the appt time got mixed up, they still completed the job the same day and gave me a 10% discount for their mixup. I would highly recommend them for sales, installation and service of a ductless heating/cooling system.
Alpine Ductless gets my top award for being the best company I've worked with during my 9-year whole-house renovation. I've worked with Gail to schedule installations and service/maintenance, and Mathew and Justin (among others!) have been the friendly, efficient technicians that have helped keep my house comfortable year-round. Working with Alpine has always been a good experience! This is a great company. If you are considering a ductless system for your home, Alpine is your best choice.
Great experience with Alpine Ductless! After getting 3 quotes for a new ductless mini split system, Alpine by far had the most reasonable price. The guys who came to install it were right on time, friendly, and very efficient. They even took the time to walk me through everything after they were done. Highly recommend!
Alpine Ductless staff were so professional, knowledgeable, and patient while not only explaining what type of unit I would need for my home, but during the whole installation process as well as instructing me on its use. They were flexible while working to my schedule and were friendly and helpful. I would 100% use them again, plus the 12 year warranty is a game changer! Kudos to Justin, Everett, and Matt! Thank you!
