Bluegrass Diamonds & Repair

I took my Hollow Rope 1,000 Dollar GoldNDiamonds Brand necklace in to get it repaired. Unfortunately, they weren't able to repair it. They are very nice people. The biggest problem is that I weighed my necklace at 9.3 grams before it needed to be repaired. I received my necklace back and i weighed it at 8.91 grams. So, through my experience they weren't able to fix it and there is .39 grams missing from my necklace. I dont know how that happens but it doesn't seem like that's good for business

I took in my wife's necklace because her chain had been broken and asked him if he could fix it and clean it and he replied yes for $15 so I left it considering that was cheap price in my opinion. I returned to pick it up and he had put my wife's necklace in a wrong place and had to go through probably 10 different peoples packages to find ours so I wouldn't recommend taking anything of value to leave it there cause it's a good possibility you might not even get it back. He's careless about how he manages peoples merchandise. Another thing is he sordererd it and it looked awful instead of just adding a link to connect it back together and then he was supposed to clean it and he didn't do that either. He's an older veteran and I thanked him for his services but I will never take anything else for him to fix or replace. Just be cautious if you decide to deal with him because you might not get your merchandise back. I considered myself lucky to get mine back.
