I believe Blair is the best siding contractor in the B'ham area. Dan is very knowledgeable of his products and of various aesthetic architectural requirements and was very understanding and accommodating of my requests. Dan stayed very engaged with my job and seems to have a great working relationship with his workers. He is also an exceptional source for solutions of problems outside the scope of the Blair work. During the job I increased scope for a new eave over my garage doors, additional siding areas, and repair of water damage behind the old siding. The Blair took all of this in stride and Dan was very fair in pricing the changes, which is important. Jeff and Josh, the siding installers/builders, are also great people and excellent workers. They have broad construction experience and can expertly handle issues that are discovered during the work with minimal collateral effect. They pay close attention to detail in addressing imperfections in the existing house. I am very happy with the results of the Blair work, I think their work greatly improved the overall quality and appearance of our house. I would not hesitate to hire Blair again for future home projects.

I have been very pleased with the work of Blair Exteriors. Many years ago I needed.a creative solution to a problem with my house. The issue was related to hardy plank siding and the original installation. I identified a potential solution and Dan Aycock and his crew implemented the change. The solution worked. Years later in a different house I sought Dan and Blair Exteriors for a similar issue. The results were the same. The problem was solved and I was very happy. Long story short… Blair Exteriors does good work.

Blair is an excellent company with exceptional service! Most recently, we had an existing deck removed & a screened in porch addition. Dan walked us through EVERY detail of the project & truly brought our vision to life! We could not be more pleased! They take a lot of pride in their work & make you feel at ease knowing your home is in the best hands! We have also used Blair for roofing & window replacement. Again, could not be any more pleased. They are always quick to respond & a company we trust!!
