BMR Homes, Inc. Remodeling and Restoration

Very professional and caring team. They were very supportive in working on my behalf with my insurance company. Their workmanship is superb. The frequent communication and updates shows how caring they are with their customer. They truly get Customer Service. Many companies speak to great customer service but don’t deliver. The BMT team lives those values of delivering great customer satisfaction. They are head and shoulders above others in this industry. I highly recommend the BMR team for any type of home renovation.

I really did not want to write this review. I even reached out to the company before hand with no response. I was recommended to BMR by my insurance company due to a fire. The project manager was very rude at times. After work was complete, things in my home started to fall apart, not even a year after work was completed. I reached out to the company about the problems, and they assured me that my problems would be taken care of. I lost several days of work because they constantly sent people out to my home to patch up problems that continuously came apart. I noticed that my back side of my house wood was not replaced, so I have burnt wood still attached to my home. Warranty repairs were not complete or were patched up and are now back broken. My floors are not in tack. The paint job on the exterior of my home is fading away. My stairs were poorly repaired, squeaking when someone steps on them really bad. My walls were chiped when BMR had part of their team move my furniture to fix my floors that were done incorrectly. My experience with this company was very stressful and costly. I was constantly called an under insurer, but I never received an estimate on what was spent. I will not recommend. Office staff was amazing however Project manager was not so professional, and basically, I felt I was cheated. I was even told by a few people they sent out for repairs that my job was poorly done. Very poor communication and quality work.

BMR had done a wonderful job in restoring our home. It was done with perfection! From the design team Lindsay & Amy to Regan being a fabulous navigator throughout the whole process and Clint being the foreman on our job. Each person I named was very patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They were always readily available when ever an issue or a concern arose. We really felt like they were one of our many angels that was placed on our path during the most difficult time in our lives!

Our family is so grateful for BMR Homes and all of their employees. We had significant damage from fire and they did the restoration. They walked us through every step of the way. Everyone was so professional but also so caring. We had the best project manager Clint. Lindsey was so helpful with the overwhelming task of product selection. The construction employees that came to the house daily did amazing work, some things look better than the original. They were polite and worked hard daily. We cannot thank Chris Young enough. We highly recommend this company.
