Doesn't get any better than this! These guys are awesome. From start to finish they were quick to answer any questions or concerns. My furnace went out on Monday and the job completed the following Monday. Even being up in Bonners Ferry they made it happen fast and very efficient. I didn't even bother to call anyone else because I was confident they were the best all around. They rebuilt and reconfigured my duct work giving me more room in my basement. My house was built in 1907 and now this system is all up to date. Adam was awesome and obviously knows his stuff. Thanks for everything. My family and I are very grateful.

I needed to get a furnace, heat pump and a hot water heater. Patrick from Bills was one of the technicians doing the work. I was sent from their office a picture with the names of the technicians prior to their arrival. They came to my home in a timely manner. They were very polite and very efficient. They answered all of my questions and concerns. I have a dob & cat and they were very good about leaving the doors closed. I would recommend Bills they were do good about returning calls & text messages and updated me on any questions I had.

Bill’s did a great job on our new system replacement for our home. The service is unmatched and the quality of the people from booking to system delivery, follow-up, etc., is amazing. Great business model with a 10 year warranty providing bumper to bumper coverage (automotive analogy)…all service and parts covered with great price. Brilliant!!! Thank you Danielle, JR, Johnny E, Johnny, Matt, Bryon and a host of others that I did not catch names for… You all are incredible and your service is second to none. The team trouble shot a couple big issues with grace and their quoted price is their quoted price. I love that. I’d welcome any of the team back, anytime. Thank you Bills!!!

Great experience with Bill's Heating and A/C team. The installation quote for new furnace and heat pump was fair and once accepted the team was scheduled for the next morning. Crew arrived on time, introduced themselves and got to work. Project completed in approximately 5 hrs.
