Very expensive shop. I had 2 heads changed on my jeep. They didn't change the oil or the coolant and after you changed 2 heads, you should change the oil and coolant. Wasnt done and still charged me upward of 3k. They have a fast response and ok customer service. Disappointed that they didn't change oil and only put water instead of coolant in my car.
My parents truck broke down on the day before Thanksgiving in Hobbs on their way to Lubbock. I tried saving a buck by pulling a transmission from a junkyard to have Bigotes install as money was tight. 2 transmissions later after I couldn't find the correct transmission Bigotes installed a new one i purchased from a third party and got us on the road. They were very patient and understanding. I would recommend this shop and I've never recommended a repair shop before.
Have been working out of Hobbs driving back and forth to Carlsbad. From out of state. I called needing 3 O2 sensors replaced. I called at 11 and they worked me in dropped off my truck at noon and picked it up by 3pm the same day. Excellent service compatible prices. Will use them again if I need to!
