We had what we thought was a small problem which turned out to be the job from hell on our home. The guys who fixed our problems did an amazing job. They were sure to discuss things with me and let me know what was going on. I appreciate all the hard work you guys did to get this massive problem fixed. Even in the snow y'all came out. Good pricing and generally good work on the actual plumbing stuff. However the sealant they used on my roof is inadequate and has caused multiple leaks. The one I knew about, they attempted to fix 3 times. I finally got up on my roof for myself and found that the sealant they used pulled away from the pipes and left cracks for water to enter my ceiling. This problem is evident in their most recent work as well as from work competed before we purchased the house. I don't even want to know how much water damage there is.
