I can’t say enough great things about Just Better Air, LLC in Hobbs, NM. The service was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Martin was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me total confidence in the work being done. What really sets this company apart is the leadership—the owner, BJ, personally came out to the house to make sure the installation was done perfectly and that everything met his standards. Costed me $300 just to have my ac unit not fixed when he said he fixed it, didn't even last a few hours after he left but yet he fixed it also was told i will call yall and check on it and here it is a week or two later and aint heard from no one but they got there money. I should of known the minute the tech got here but i gave them the benefit of the doubt n it did nothing but screw me. I would never recommend them nor use them again. I dont no what makes a tech thinks cleaning a brand new unit was gona do. This units not even 5 years old but yet here we are still not fixed. The techs that were dispatched to my house were kind and very respectful of our home and took absolutely no shortcuts when it came to doing the job correctly. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for replacements/repair
