Mario is GREAT! I called him and he came out the same day. He took the 65' TV off the mounts and mounted it back after repair. He also followed up with me the same day to let me know what was wrong with the TV and the cost. He even provided service warranty! All of this at a very reasonable cost. I'm so happy! I received this TV as a gift and I didn't want to part from it.I will most definitely use him again and referred him many times. Exceptional Work! Thank you so much!

I just had spinal cord surgery, came home from hospital and that evening our large screen television went out completely, Mario was informed of TV being out and he came to my house (after hours) and took it to his shop. It was done in a timely and professional manner. The price was excellent and TV looked (clarity and color) just as good when bought years ago.

So I called to get an estimate on a repair for my TV and he says to send serial number , I do that , never got a answer back . Called back a few hours later he says I did not sent anything and I tell him I see you read the message ( iPhone tells you that btw) , he says oh ok and hangs up . Never got a price for repairs …. My point here is if you have a bussiness and you are “ too busy “ just say so, don’t just hang up and let a customer give a negative review . Make that make sense .

I called because I needed my Samsung 65 inch curved repaired. Mario came to my home and explained what the issue may be. They took my tv and brought it back. He stayed to make sure the tv worked properly and I was satisfied. Everything was done within 24 hours or less. I would definitely recommend getting the repair because it’s a cheaper route than purchasing a new tv. I would definitely recommend and make sure I use them in the future
