Big Red Services was incredible from start to finish. They were able to come out the same day to assess my water heater issue and had a brand‑new unit installed the very next day. The office staff was polite, helpful, and easy to work with, and the technician who came out was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. It’s rare to find a company that delivers fast service and great customer care, but Big Red Services truly did both. Highly recommend!

I was relieved and pleased when Mark replaced my garbage disposal - after I accidentally broke a glass that ruined my disposal. Mark was cheerful and courteous. He took time to explain what the issue was - and why I needed a new disposal. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.
