Big Mac's Tire Store

When faced with a small leak in the front left tire of my wife’s 2024 Kia Sportage, I chose Big Mac’s for the repair. For $20, and in 15 minutes, they pulled a broken screw that was the culprit and patched that spot - plus while they had it on their rack they checked the other 3 tires and found another screw in the tread of a different tire that had not yet caused a problem. I don’t know of another tire place that would have even thought to look at the other tires. They deserve a 6th star for that! Great job!

Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place! Very unorganized & very slow paced. I came in as a walk in for an alignment, some lady at the front desk told me I would have to wait for another customer to be serviced before I could even be assisted so I was confused because the other customer didn’t even have an appointment scheduled & they wasn’t even there but she told me since they called and said they were on the way I would have to wait until they arrived at the building first before I could get my car serviced. This is ridiculous to wait on a walk in to get serviced before another walk in that’s physically inside the building! I can see if the other person actually had an appointment scheduled but they didn’t. If you’re going to take customers as walk ins you would think they would have enough common sense to do a first come first serve type of service. This place seems very outdated, really unprofessional & I’m glad I didn’t WASTE my money getting serviced here! I definitely would recommend to spend your money elsewhere & go somewhere that is more organized & PRIORITIZE all their customers! Not to mention this company has a CAT wandering around in their lobby, definitely not a good first impression!
