Best Vac

We had an outstanding experience at Best Vac. My wife and I drove about 45 minutes and arrived roughly 15 minutes before closing, but Kelly treated us like we were the first customers of the day. She immediately helped us compare the two vacuums we were considering, explained the differences clearly, and let us test them on both carpet and hardwood. We made our decision with confidence, and she even had the mint green color we wanted. Even though they stayed open a little past closing, we never felt rushed or pressured. It felt great supporting a local brick and mortar business, and we are confident we will be well taken care of if we ever need service. Highly recommend.
