They are truly a gem! Their perspective is more like a homeowner than a sales commission and treat their customers with the utmost courtesy. To underscore their collective care and professionalism, they even played with my dog who wouldn’t leave them alone until he got hugs from everyone! Best homeowner experience ever! So refreshing after so many hard sell financing tactics from other competitors/contractors. They are my new go to company for home projects

Absolutely amazing experience start to finish with everyone involved! We had a terrible disaster happen next door with a fire, insurance was extremely slow to respond, and every company we talked to prior didn’t seem to care about helping us through the insurance process to get the scope of work correctly itemized and accounted for, or they didn’t work with insurance or know no how, or their prices were way to high for insurance. Then we found Best choice. Every employee we interacted with was kind, treated us professionally and really cared about the best outcome for us. They brought many policy covered missing items to our insurance adjusters attention, and got our total amount covered increased to just about the amount of damage / cost needed, and then installed it all beautifully! They did everything they said they would and more! After months and months Of waiting Best choice had our home fixed about 6 weeks after we found them. We will definitely recommend them. The Estimator inspector Andrew helped see the project through start to finish, communicating with the owners and crews who oversee each customer personally, and only sent really really good workers to put together our siding Windows and gutters. 3 separate crews, Cal did amazing siding, Alex’s crew excellent gutters, and Joe did wonderful with our windows. It was so reassuring to hear from one owner Leon personally before the work began, you can tell he’s really passionate about caring for the home owner and doing what’s right. We shopped around for a siding company and could not be happier we selected Best Choice in Farmington. Family owned and operated, we were treated well from first meeting to finished product. They listened to our requests and were always responsive to calls. The installation crew were timely, courteous and did great work. They tidied up every day and had great attention to detail. As a former Mayor of Farmington, I wholeheartedly recommend this local business to all my neighbors and friends!

Had an amazing experience going with Best Choice Total Home Improvement. I had multiple companies come out for bid, and Best Choice far exceeded the competition. Family owned, I got connected with the owner, Leon - and he designed our house in under 24 hours. Gave great suggestions along the way for siding choice / design / trim patterns, etc. Their quality of work is unmatched - every inch of this house is perfect. I have attached pictures throughout the journey - pay special attention to the before / after picture of the half moon window. That says it all in terms of quality and craftsmanship. Leon was always available no matter what time or day it was. They also back up their work years after you have had the project completed in case there are issues down the road. I would recommend this company to my closest friends and family and I will continue to do business with them as house projects come up in the future. -Brett B-
