Berks Commercial Renovations is company that I would highly recommend for work of any type. The service provided by them was top-notch from the planning stages through completion. In working with this company to discuss and plan repairs for my 100+ year-old house, all options were explained to me, and a plan was laid out for work to be done, along with a time schedule. The craftsmen who did the work were courteous, skillful, and worked in a timely fashion. They rarely took breaks and carefully respected other materials in my home and on my property. They always cleaned up the work area each day. All work was done by this company evaluation was done in a professional, efficient, and incredibly beautiful way.

We were so glad we chose Berks Commercial Renovations Ltd. as our general contractor. They were great at coordinating the trades for our complicated "gut" renovation of a 100 year old building. Courtney Brumbach excelled at sourcing the materials for the job, coordinating schedules, meeting subs even on the weekends, and offering suggestions for the design. Andy, the foreman, helped develop solutions to situations encountered with a hundred year old building. He persevered through one of the hottest summers on record and did excellent construction work across a wide variety of trades. Chris was a very talented painter. Our collaboration with the team produced the outstanding result. I’m grateful they accepted this challenging assignment! I would highly recommend them as a general contractor.
