We had our windows replaced in the late fall, they were original to our house and over 30 years old so they were drafty as could be! We couldn’t be happier with our new windows! Zach, Travis and Efrain helped get us beautiful new Provia windows and replaced our sliding back doors that were also drafty and what a difference! I could feel the cold coming in when sitting near a window and now, nothing! Thanks so much for your help, will definitely use The Helping Company and recommend to all my friends for the home needs!

I wish I could rate this company higher than five stars! We had a loose piece of siding on the top of our house significantly higher than any of our ladders could reach. We reached out to the helping company and Were promptly fit into their schedule. Aaron Steenburgh was extremely timely and professional! He came out to our house, assessed the siding, sourced the appropriate ladder, and fixed our siding without a charge! I have never been so grateful! We will be lifelong customers!!!!!! When you have a roof leak , you are already on edge and worried. But those worries were quickly quelled when I reached out to The Helping Company. I had a great experience with The Helping Company! It was my first time using them, but I had heard great things from others, and all those things were true! Scheduling was quick and easy. The President, Travis, came out and and quickly identified the problem by going in my attic space, using a thermal imaging camera to identify wet spots, and even flying a drone over the house to spot the problem from the outside! We had a great experience working with Chris from The Helping Company. From the start, Chris was extremely helpful, professional, and easy to work with. He was always readily available to answer questions and kept us informed throughout the process. The Helping Company replaced my roof shingles in April 2024. Everything went well till the rain we got on Thursday, December 19, 2025. The garage roof leaked and water went into the door opener motor and ruined it. Extin came out Gen following week and admitted that their folks did not apply caulk at a certain area and that’s where the water came from. I had to pay $495 to replace the motor and have been trying since then to reach them by leaving messages, texting and even messaging their CEO on LinkedIn.
