We had a great experience working with Chris from The Helping Company. From the start, Chris was extremely helpful, professional, and easy to work with. He was always readily available to answer questions and kept us informed throughout the process. One thing that really stood out was how smoothly he worked with our insurance company, helping guide us through the process and making what could have been a stressful situation much easier to manage. Chris was prompt, reliable, and made sure everything was handled so we could properly prepare for the repair of our siding. We truly appreciate his responsiveness, attention to detail, and the effort he put into making the process simple for us. I would absolutely recommend Chris and The Helping Company to anyone looking for a contractor who is knowledgeable, dependable, and great to work with.

When you have a roof leak , you are already on edge and worried. But those worries were quickly quelled when I reached out to The Helping Company. I had a great experience with The Helping Company! It was my first time using them, but I had heard great things from others, and all those things were true! Scheduling was quick and easy. The President, Travis, came out and and quickly identified the problem by going in my attic space, using a thermal imaging camera to identify wet spots, and even flying a drone over the house to spot the problem from the outside! Within 24hours, he had a crew out to patch the hole. While they were up there, they not only patched the hole with matching shingles, but gave an overall inspection of the roof and hammered and sealed some additional nail pops to prevent problems in the future. They took additional pictures and provided information about the estimated remaining life of the roof and any additional concerns. From beginning to end, was a great experience. I will no doubt use them in the future for my roofing needs.

The Helping Company replaced my roof shingles in April 2024. Everything went well till the rain we got on Thursday, December 19, 2025. The garage roof leaked and water went into the door opener motor and ruined it. Extin came out Gen following week and admitted that their folks did not apply caulk at a certain area and that’s where the water came from. I had to pay $495 to replace the motor and have been trying since then to reach them by leaving messages, texting and even messaging their CEO on LinkedIn. After over 2 weeks of getting the run around, I filed a claim with the office of the PA Attorney General. 1/13/26: Travis, I sent you an email. At the time of Extin’s visit, I thought the motor can be fixed. Given the amount of water inside it, it had to be replaced. I am sure the insulation is extremely wet too. I built this house 20 years ago and have been in it since and this is the first leak to ever occur. Not sure why your contract doesn’t include this! I will wait for your call.

We had our windows replaced in the late fall, they were original to our house and over 30 years old so they were drafty as could be! We couldn’t be happier with our new windows! Zach, Travis and Efrain helped get us beautiful new Provia windows and replaced our sliding back doors that were also drafty and what a difference! I could feel the cold coming in when sitting near a window and now, nothing! Thanks so much for your help, will definitely use The Helping Company and recommend to all my friends for the home needs!
