Keeping up with the Peters
never really knew I needed a vacuum repaired until mine broke. Bob took care of me and made sure my vacuum was as good as new, It’s very cool inside to see all the unique vacuums that we’ve had throughout history. 10 out of 10 recommend this place

Locally owned store. They know their product. Nice because if you have any issues they also repair any vacuum. They take the time to see what your needs are and make appropriate recommendations. Prices are very comparable to what I have seen online. They also sell reconditioned used vacuums.

Bob was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave me perfect directions over the phone, and was able to almost immediately identify the problem with my vacuum. It took him just a few minutes, and it was running smoothly again! 10/10 would definitely recommend coming here.

EXCELLENT customer service always! I bought my vacuum with them June 1998. It is still running great and has only been in their shop a few times for service. This time it needed a bit more service but, as usual, they replaced parts and tuned it up and it was ready in 2 days! It is like new and was so inexpensive. This place is the best and the only place to ever buy a vacuum cleaner. You can't get this kind of customer service anymore. The owners are Bob and Dottie Bailey and they are the kindest, sweetest owners ever. There is never any pressure and they really know their products. Do yourself a favor and buy local from the good people at Bay Vac & Pedal. They sell quality products and service what they sell.
