My experience with Bay State has been more than expected. Tech that came to my home has been here before. Friendly, thorough, explains what he is doing n why. Very professional n so is the staff in the office. Appointments are easy to make n staff works with you. I would highly recommend them. I hadn’t had my cesspool drained in 5 years n he had to check the overflow hence the high price. I will follow the recommended 3 year service rule in the future.

Driver arrived on time and set up hoses. I had located inlet access to the tank. He quickly opened the access and started pumping down. Driver washed down cleaned up and left. Very professional job. See you in three years.
