Baumers Heating & Air, LLC

We have been long-time customers with a different heating and air company that now has new ownership. We have a very old HVAC system and we have been repeatedly told that it can still be repaired. The motor to our heat system went out and they informed us that they would order the part and rerun to repair it. After 4 phone calls and no response or repair, we were then told that the motor was obsolete and we needed a new system. Not trusting that we were completely blown off only to be told there is no part, we called Baumers. Wow. What a difference. They came out quickly, established that there were 4 motors sitting on the shelf that matched our heat system and repaired our heat. In this day and age where customers are at the mercy of professionals to do repairs, the risk of getting hosed or upsold is higher than ever before. I can’t thank Baumers enough for being honest, doing the repair vs selling us a new system we don’t yet need. When that day comes, I will trust Baumers. Honesty goes a long way, and thank you for doing the right thing by us.
