Very professional and detailed service. Paxton was thorough and explained what needed attention. I recommend Rogue Valley Heating & Cooling to service your furnaces and air conditioners. As for the price, I paid nothing because my second 6-month service was included in a special offer, and I extended the service program with them.
This was our first maintance call with Rogue Valley. Mario our service tech did an excellent job explaining everything. We were looking for options to upgrade our furnace filter and he went through them. He was able to install our choices in a very timely manner.
Vincent was fantastic! He installed my ceiling fans quickly and did a wonderful job. He was professional and courteous. I really appreciated that the whole company was great at communicating with me throughout the process. The price was very reasonable, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free.
Our heating and air conditioning system broke down, so we contacted Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling to install a new system. A week later, the installation was complete. Jakob, the technician was on time as scheduled. He has excellent communication skills, courteous and resourceful. Before he was finished he showed us the work that had been done (he photographed everything as it’s under our house). We had a new system installed this spring and Rogue Valley aka Alpha Heating & Air offers a reasonable maintenance plan. I recommend this company and their people.
